How to Deal with Tantrums in a 22 Month Old?

You have to remember you are the parent and you have take back control of your daughter, because she has realized that your gonna give into her tantrums..First on the dinner lessons if she doesn't want to eat what you give her DONT give her anything else.I know it may seem harsh but it works, she will realize that she has no options and eventually give in. Second the bed thing okay the younger you let a child slept by themselves they easier it is. You have to ignore the tantrums!!! Basically your just gonna have to let her cry herself to sleep..FYI this stage may last forever if your daughter keeps thinking that she's in control.
