I chew on the inside of my mouth a lot?

i chew on the inside of my mouth daily, i normally will stop once i can taste the blood but last night i was doing it while i was sleeping and this morning when i woke up my mouth was full of blood, and my cheeks and jaw are swollen, what can i do?
