Can somebody explain this hard cap/lockout crap..I heard Stern was thinkn of doing it for NBA?

I hope this doesnt happen..i mean football is my 2nd fave sport..so i hate it's happening to them..but if that happens for NBA..then the new catchphrase will be, "The NBA..where INFURIATED FANS HAPPENS"
