How do I get rid of my playlists on YouTube?

So, I have an account on YouTube. I have one personalized playlist, and then I have other playlists than come with the account, such as History, Liked, Watch Later, and Favorites. I scanned through these today, and found I had a lot of a lot of old videos from a while ago, so I wanted to get rid of them. I went on to all of my playlists, (excluding my personalized one), and deleted all of the videos. For those of you who have a YouTube account, it will have your username at the top of the screen, with a drop down arrow beside it. The menu will have your playlists, favorites, watch laters, history, etc. But even though I deleted all the videos, the favorites tab, watch laters, history, EVERYTHING is still there. I've refreshed, logged out, but the tabs in the drop down menu are still there. How do I get rid of these tabs in my drop down menu?
