What should I do in this situation? Fight, Threats, Suspension, Truancies, with no justice served?

There's a lot to deal with here. First, let's get some facts taken care of. You are a victim of the way the Great Universe works. You are a hero for having stood up for your friend and taken on a bully, but the truth is that there is no heroism without sacrifice. Are you being treated unfairly? Absolutely. So what can be done? One thing is to stop fighting this all by yourself. You need the help of people in authority. Your parents are a primary source, so if you have not already discussed it with them, be sure they know exactly what has been going on. Ask your friends who were witness to the events to come and tell your parents the truth. Go to the guidance counselor as a group and explain what has been happening. (It's important to go as a group because the greater the number of people who have the same story to tell, the more likely it is to be believed.) You are correct in thinking that you need to show up in court regarding the truancies, but again, you should not do so alone. Parents, or even a lawyer, should be representing you. Once all the details have been cleared up and the truth established, then will be the time to deal with your school records. You can write a formal request to have the matter removed, or you can discuss it with the administration to see what the options are. But that's all in the future. First, get the truth out there, with the help of others, and establish your true position in the situation.
