Question(s) about food?
This is probably really stupid but I'm 13 and am a very picky eater. I can't eat fruits or veggies because they have certain textures that I can't stand. I've tried an apple, a carrot, and a strawberry (I forced myself) and I Absolutely don't like them. I can't remember having a fruit/ veggies that I liked since I was force fed. I've never had a burger or fish or anything like that. The only meat I eat is pork on when it's a pepperoni on a pizza. If there's no food I like (basically spaghetti w/o meatballs, pizza, macaroni, french fries...) then I won't eat. I'm not fat but I want to start eating better because I feel like I'm gonna die when I'm 20, but I did start working off the calories from all the bad stuff (Idk if that's good or not but..) Is there any way I can make myself eat fruits and veggies and other food? I really want to start eating better, I just hate pretty much everything I eat. And also how can I make them taste better? (like by putting something on it?) Thanks. And sorry about the super long details.
