I am looking for a cheap Dog Tag Embossing Machine where is the best place to get one?

I am making survival bracelets with the dog tags on them for military wives and for family members of KIA soldiers. I dont charge much for my bracelets and I dont charge the families who lost a loved one the whole price. I cant afford a expensive one but I would llike to have one for myself rather then ordering them. I pay 5.90 for each dog tag that I get personalized. thanks.
