How on earth do you personalize a facebook page?

Hey, You are suppose to be able to download a thing on Webfetti or Facefetti that will let you do layouts and backgrounds on FB. They are AWESOME! I've downloaded the one on Facefetti four times, and can't get it to work! I put a question on here trying to get help with it! Try the Facefetti....you may have better luck! :)
