Should friends be business partners or not?

you have already determined a critical difference in your respective business philosophies. so just tell her that her friendship is more important to you than a business partnership. on the other hand, if you told her exactly what you have in mind as far as designs go, maybe she will go along with it. perhaps you could put a line of products together independent of her and show her what you came up with. maybe she would like it.
