How do I tell someone to respect my personal space?

explain to your boss the predicament you are in and suggest moving to a different role of the job. however if you are working there and with no income, surely if you feel, down about this job then perhaps just leave, and endure better things with the free time you have whilst job hunting. However if you did tell your boss about the man then he should take a proffesional act with it and not a personal one. For the chinese man, i suggest perhaps just tell him you have personal space issues and it makes you feel very uncomfortable when being watched and when people are reading over your shoulder. by the way in the background my friend said you should turn sharply and hit him and make it look like an accident, but i wouldnt recomend that. tell him that you have had many different experiences with job hunting before and take his advice and say thank you but dont take it. hope thus helps :)
