A guy wants to take me out to a sushi restaurant but i dont know if i like sushi what do i do if i don't?

so this guy wants to take me out to a sushi restaurant and then to this club, but I've only tried sushi once a long time ago and it was store bought. As far as i can remember I only tried one thing but didn't like it. I don't know if it was because it was store bought cheapy stuff or what. Also maybe my taste buds have changed and I'd like it. The question is what if i don't like it? what do I do and eat. How do I react?
