Could somebody explain what Michael Moore is blathering about now?

I would like the UK to remain just that, a United Kingdom, but the Scottish, Welsh and Northern Irish seem to hate the English so much perhaps it would be better to let them go their own way, then we wouldn't have to subsidise them and they wouldn't be able to vote in our Parliament, after all we can't vote in theirs.
