Every time I tried to make chinese food it ends up too.....murky , if its soup or too salty/ no idea how to call it , it just tastes bad and you can't eat it . I really have all i need , shitake , soy sauce , ramen noodles , those black mushrooms forgot how ther are called , sesame oil ... I just can't make it right , even with online recipes .. they are easy but for some reason i screw up everytime . Do you guys manage to make something really good? :P
