Can anyone help me with this Excel/e-mail problem? PLEEEASE!?

I typed a list of people in one column and their e-mail addresses in another column on Microsoft excel version 2010. I would like to send a mass e-mail message to all of these people through gmail. Is there any easy way of doing this that doesn't require me to copy each individual e-mail? Preferably something that looks a bit more personalized. Any help is greatly appreciated
