Current, Taxpayer to fund 17.9% rise for jobless benefit scrounger.?

The Torielibdem scum have decided to increase Prince Charles's taxpayer funding to almost 2 million quid, a rise just short of �300k this year. Bearing in mind that they are cutting the armed forces, wrecking the NHS and infuriating Local Authority workers and teachers, is this justified?
