Is there a good personalized magazine app for ipad?

I am looking for an personalized magazine app for iPad that I can add a cover with my picture , I can name the magazine brand and that I can add the Headlines. I already tried " Real Cover " ( problems: I can't change the magazine brand or Headlines , I can only add text that isn't to much visible) , tried " iCover" ( same problems as Real Cover). Is there made from Adobe , or photoshop app that can do this job? Or just name the ones you know. Thank you
