Time to move out honey and if he tries to stop you then he could be in big trouble. I think its a good thing that you don't rent from him anyway, it would just give him an excuse to check up on you whenever he felt like it. Landlords have that right. Move out with a roommate if you have too, but do get out. You deserve to party and let your hair down and that's not gonna happen if you stay at home.
